I was born in 78 and have very vague memories of the Flumps. Having just watched the video I recognized the theme tune but not from the original show – it’s currently used in the bupa TV adverts!

The illustrators hand in this is so artistic, tough lines on him and them delicate water colour in the background. Beautiful!

In fact, the name of the cartoon is Wattoo Wattoo.

Barbapapa was a french-british production, afair.

Both cartoons were great & have been reissued on dvd!

You can watch Chuggington now at 8:45 a.m., Monday through Friday on BBC2.
My son who is 5 years old loves the stories and enjoy the song.
